At STALK-IT, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information.
If you no longer wish to use STALK-IT, you can request the deletion of your account and associated personal data by completing the form below.
How to Request Account Deletion
Complete the Account Deletion Request form below using the email address associated with your STALK-IT account.
For security purposes, we may contact you to verify your identity before processing your request.
What Information Will Be Deleted?
Once your request has been verified and processed, we will permanently delete your STALK-IT account together with associated personal information, including:
- Your user profile
- Your name and email address
- Saved stalk logs
- Shot site markers
- Deer sighting markers
- Uploaded photographs
- Messages and chat history associated with your account*
- Any other personal information stored within your account
*Where messages involve other users, copies may remain visible within their own conversation history, but your account will no longer have access to them.
Location Data
STALK-IT only processes live location information while you are actively participating in a stalk.
Historical location tracking is not retained after a stalk has ended.
Information That May Be Retained
In some circumstances we may retain limited information where required to:
- Comply with legal obligations.
- Resolve disputes.
- Prevent fraud or abuse.
- Enforce our Terms & Conditions.
Where information is retained for these purposes, it will only be kept for as long as reasonably necessary.
How Long Does It Take?
We aim to process verified account deletion requests within 30 days.
Once completed, your account will no longer be accessible.
