These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the STALK-IT website, mobile application and associated services operated by RUN-IT.
By accessing or using STALK-IT, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the website or application.
About STALK-IT
STALK-IT is a communication, coordination and awareness platform designed to assist deer stalkers, syndicates, estates and deer management teams.
STALK-IT is intended to support safe stalking practices, communication and record keeping. It does not replace fieldcraft, firearms training, risk assessments, estate procedures, professional judgement or personal responsibility.
User Eligibility
By using STALK-IT, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are legally entitled to use the app in your country or jurisdiction.
- You will use the app responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.
- Any information you provide is accurate and up to date.
User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features of STALK-IT.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities carried out using your account.
You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use STALK-IT for any unlawful purpose.
- Provide false or misleading information.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
- Upload content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate.
- Use the platform in a manner that may endanger others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Location Sharing
STALK-IT includes location-based functionality that allows users to share their location with other participants during an active stalk.
Location sharing only occurs when a user has granted the necessary permissions and is actively participating in a stalk.
You are responsible for deciding when to join a stalk and when to share your location.
While we take reasonable steps to ensure the reliability of location services, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, availability or uninterrupted operation of GPS, mobile networks or third-party mapping services.
Safety Disclaimer
STALK-IT is a support tool only.
The app is designed to assist with communication, awareness and coordination. It must not be relied upon as a substitute for safe firearms handling, safe shooting practices, proper supervision, risk assessments, navigation skills, first aid arrangements or emergency planning.
Users remain solely responsible for their own safety and actions at all times.
SOS and Emergency Features
STALK-IT may include SOS and emergency notification features.
These features are provided to assist communication between users but must not be considered a guaranteed emergency response service.
Users should always contact emergency services directly where appropriate.
We do not guarantee that SOS alerts will be delivered, received or acted upon in every circumstance.
User Content
Users may create, upload or share content including messages, photographs, sightings, shot site markers and stalk logs.
You retain ownership of any content you create.
By submitting content through STALK-IT, you grant RUN-IT a limited licence to store, process and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform.
You remain responsible for the content you upload and share.
Subscriptions and Payments
STALK-IT may offer both free and paid subscription plans.
Subscription pricing, features and availability may change from time to time.
Where subscriptions are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, payments and renewals will be governed by the terms and policies of those platforms.
Users are responsible for managing their subscriptions through the relevant app store account.
Promotional Offers
From time to time, promotional codes or introductory offers may be made available.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
Availability of Service
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee that STALK-IT will always be available, uninterrupted or error free.
Maintenance, updates, technical issues or factors outside our control may affect availability.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RUN-IT shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, costs or expenses arising from:
- Use of or inability to use STALK-IT.
- Inaccurate location information.
- Network failures or service interruptions.
- User-generated content.
- Decisions made by users based on information displayed within the platform.
- Loss of data.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to STALK-IT where we believe these Terms & Conditions have been breached.
Users may stop using the service at any time.
Privacy
Your use of STALK-IT is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Any disputes arising from the use of STALK-IT shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
